New operator Kelly Boyd is the son of beloved longtime Frank’s executive William C. Boyd. Years after the final store closings, Kelly felt strongly that Frank’s was still viable business model. Waiting for the right moment, he decided to relaunch the store online, partnering with a trusted plant nursery with a proven track record for direct-to-buyer live plant delivery.
